"We found our room at this hotel to be basic but clean. It was fine since not a lot of time was spent in our room anyway. Very relaxed atmosphere & a basic continental breakfast was included, although the fruit was very good & fresh. LaVeleta is a great area of Tulum, close to the center with many shopping options, but quieter & many more affordable food options than other areas of Tulum that we have stayed in. There are 3 refreshing swimming pool options. We enjoyed our brief stay, but would choose a larger room option for stays beyond a couple of days. This is actually a larger boutique hotel & although we did not see other rooms, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again trusting the value would be just as good. "

"This property was exactly as advertised. Each suite is extremely private and absolutely beautiful. It is right next door to 2x cenote which we’re really fun to relax in for the day. We really enjoyed our stay. "

"Out over all stay was good.. the only thing i got to say is that we got bit up alot in bed, due to ants crawling everywhere. Also i was so excited to use the balcony hot tub but it was really dirty like super dirty & it had an awful smell coming out of it. Other than that the stay was good, the neighborhood we adored & the people around was super nice & friendly. The scenery was so beautiful! "

"The spa pool in the room is cold, unfortunely we did not enjoy the pool at all during the stay because it wasnt warm water, although we did use the hot jacouzi out side, but since we paid for the room in the pool and didnt use it at all it was a little upsetting and it was also dirty. Another thing i wish it was an all inclusive for the price we paid almost $2,000 for our stay and no food included. That was a bummer. Other than that i will say it a very nice hotel. They kept our room clean, staff was lovely, very kind, and they always made sure to come around to ask if we needed anything. "

"This hotel is for adults who want to relax and appreciate nature, and it is the most beautifully designed hotel I have ever been in! Every detail from the soap holders to the dishware is gorgeous and gives a very witchy-jungle vibe which I had never seen before. It is moody and lush and really draws you in to the jungle atmosphere. The cabins are spacious with outdoor showers, plunge pools, and cabins for you to relax in when you don’t want to be around people. The main pool had plenty of comfy seating and the water was cool and clear and did not smell of salt water or chlorine. The staff were very helpful in arranging a kettle and creamer for coffee, storing our bags before check in, and helping arrange airport transportation. They made everything flow smoothly which as a former backpacker/extreme budget traveler I was not used to but makes the trip feel so much more enjoyable. They play some light relaxing music that is not too loud and the restaurant and bar are open until 9 pm which was great for a late night snack. The food was all delicious, but make sure to ask for the hot sauce because they tone down the spice for guests and if you like spice like us then you will want to add some. Highly recommend the vanilla ice cream and goat cheesecake! I wish we had booked more days, two nights was not enough because the hotel is an experience in itself. Shout out to the interior designs of this place!! "
