"The hotel was beautiful with the rooms built in a square around a dense jungle garden. There were two lovely pools - one in the garden and one on the rooftop. We had a beautiful contemporary room, well in fact a suite with two bedrooms and lounge/diner thanks to our VIP upgrade. The staff were very professional and helpful. We can’t comment on the restaurants as we didn’t use them. We were delighted with our stay. "
"One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had and the staff by far super helpful at all times of the day 24/7 anytime I had a issue or question quickly tended to all my needs."
