"The hotel was beautiful. Almost everyone was helpful and kind. The remote in our room did not work, when we talked to the person at the desk she said we could change the batteries ourselves..?? The next day we talked to another desk clerk and she reached under to counter and gave us another remote. There seems to be a problem with our bill, we stayed 2 nights and ate breakfast 2 mornings. We were billed for 3 breakfasts, with tax for 3 and only one of my 2 tips showing. I have an $86 charge on my bank account and another one for $36. with no credits. I called and was told it should be fixed by Friday. Our stay was wonderful. Hopefully the bill will be fixed."
