"Pool was great, big and room enough to not get splashed by all the kids in there. That's where the good stuff ended. Room was out of Shampoo, didn't smell clean, it was cold and heat was on full blast, curtains didn't close all the way so it was bright all night long. Several girls basketball teams were there so breakfast was like fighting the heard to get something to eat. Hallways were full of shouting until late into the night and parents were drinking into the night in the Commons with Vodka bottles and cigarette packs left on the tables when I went out in the morning. Hallways were missing trim on the walls and staff was anything but helpfully. Seemed like there were clocking in and waiting to clock out. I reread the good reviews when we got home and wondered if we stayed in the same hotel?!"
