"We stayed one night during our trip. Check in was seamless and staff was helpful. The place is huge, facilities are ok but it was clean. You’re in the middle of nowhere so it’s easier to dine in, that being said, dinner is a set price without drinks, it was not the greatest even though they had a couple of options in the menu. It’s very convenient if you have to stay in the area, otherwise there are better options somewhere else. We skipped breakfast so not sure if it’s good or not."

"A disappointing experience since we have visited this hotel for many years and with the change of ownership its gone downhill.The room was not cleaned for the last 2 days with no clean towels or replacement shower gel.Standard of the breakfast very poor with stale food and a range limited and no fresh fruit.Service given at breakfast limited never a clean table set."

"Excellent stay here. The junior studio suite was spacious with a lovely balcony. The room was very clean, fresh towels and cleaning daily. The rooftop pool was amazing and the daily breakfast was delicious with lots of options. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Only small comment would be in the studio there was a kitchen however limited utensils available to actually cook. We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again for a relaxing stay in Cecina!"

"It was nice. The staff was friendly, but the brochures need to be updated with the correct pricing, also it would be nice to know that they don’t provide certain spa services when you’re the only one asking for it. If I had know that and that the restaurants were closed most of the time, I probably would’ve gone where it was more consistent."

"Friendly staff. Hotel is in a great area. Rooms were clean. Not really decorated. Beds were a bit hard for my liking. Hut the AC worked great and on sight parking very convenient when you reserve a spot ahead of time."
