"This is a wonderful place to stay while in Volterra, very ** sweet place. The breakfast was by far the best one so far for us from Rome, Florence to Volterra! They also have a very nice cafe/bar up on the roof. 5* for sure!"

If I had know that and that the restaurants were closed most of the time, I probably would’ve gone where it was more consistent."

"Absolutely beautiful property among the pine trees. Nice little restaurant, ideal pools and play area for little kids. Location is perfect for exploring the region. "We stayed one night during our trip. Check in was seamless and staff was helpful. The place is huge, facilities are ok but it was clean. You’re in the middle of nowhere so it’s easier to dine in, that being said, dinner is a set price without drinks, it was not the greatest even though they had a couple of options in the menu. It’s very convenient if you have to stay in the area, otherwise there are better options somewhere else. We skipped breakfast so not sure if it’s good or not."
