"Everything is good room and all the amenities is good apart from the breakfast not much option and variety to choice it’s all they same food all the time, very cold the food as well, for the charge about the breakfast is not worth it spend it.And the wifi is very slow on and off as well. The hotel is in a great location, central to a lot of things as far as malls and markets go. And the surrounding area is well maintained and clean. The staff are nice and friendly"

"Definitely one of the nicest hotels that I have ever stayed at in the Philippines. The hotel looked similar to the hotels in Las Vegas, most likely because it also housed a casino. I stayed in one of the premiere rooms with access to the private lounge on the top floor. The treatment by the lounge staff was deserving of the status of a 5 star hotel as it allowed all of our needs to be handled by the separate concierge staff in the lounge instead of the front desk downstairs. The breakfast inside of the lounge was great because it wasn't crowded and had a great selection of various foods that were not limited to your normal bacon and eggs breakfast. The hotel also was connected to a small upscale mall that that had a few different restaurants in it as well. Unfortunately, most of the stores in the mall were not the usual venues that I would patronize, but at least it allowed for a little window shopping. One bonus that the mall had was there was movie theater attached as well. Being a veteran of many Las Vegas adventures, the casino left much to be desired. Much smaller than the casinos in Vegas, and not a big variety of the more popular slots in the US. The only negative that I could find about the hotel was the location. Although there was a shopping mall listed as being in the area, it was not safe to walk there as it was across a major highway that did not have a crosswalk nearby. Overall, If I could just rate the staff and cleanliness of the hotel, it's a 10."

"The breakfast was amazing... buffet style with plenty of options. The building has a mini strip mall on the first floor and a market on the lower floor. The gym was smaller than I anticipated. Sadly, there is no club or bar in the building. The staff were always helpful and"

"Summit Galleria, attached to Robinsons Mall was overall a great place to stay. Easy to get a grab car to the city centre. Close to all the historical attractions as we walked to them all from the hotel, finishing at Puso village for lunch. The food was fantastic. The cocktails delicious and outstanding staff, not only in the restaurant but the whole hotel. I would highly recommend Summit Galleria."

"The front desk staff of Zhu, Jeril, and Ben, were simply amazing!!! The room was super clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed two things the most, the pool and the breakfast. The pool was really clean and well attended by the staff. The buffet breakfast was outstanding. There were so many food choices that changed every day. Also, the staff at the breakfast were always at ready to help you in any way. We will make Quest our hotel of choice in Cebu."
