"Prince gave me a room that is quiet upon my request. The room is very clean and has everything I need. Definitely I’ll be back to this place. "Comfortable and spacious, with easy access to the lounge area. Disappointed that the fitness room did not have cross trainer, but did have plenty of other equipment. Nearby shops in SM Mall very convenient too."
"Could have given 5 star to rate if not for a couple of staff in the breakfast area. Though they are nice and courteous some of them lack basic training in communication skills. They are not rude but the way the communicate can irk you. Example: told the greeter I have extra guest for breakfast response was “you know you NEED to pay right?” in a very irritating tone. Another example: ordered coke which of course is not included in the buffet as soon as the soda was delivered server demanded payment right away. We hardly started eating yet and bill slapped in front of our face. Im sure they dont mean to be rude but it come out that way. Other than these issues all is well and of course it wont stop me from coming back"
"The room is really sparkling clean and well maintained. The bed is so comfy and the environment is not noisy very relaxing! The only cons I want to point out is the swimming pool is not well maintained and clean, it was dirty. "
