"Only stayed for one night (Thursday), but the hotel was perfect for us! The only thing to be mindful about is the constant requests for taxis or tours (or what our plans are for tomorrow) at the nearby businesses on the street. But there’s not much the hotel can do about that, and it may be helpful for some tourists. "

"Wonderful property. We were able to dive in the water right outside our door off the deck. Mandy and PJ are wonderful hosts. Breakfast was awesome. Food nearby was awesome. The only knock I would have is that across the channel, the clubs in Bocas Town are loud until 2 AM. Fortunately, Mandy and PJ provide white noise sound bars in the room. We would definitely come back!"

"A two-night stay at this charming hotel on Cristobal Island, tucked away from all noise. Nature at its best. Freshly caught lobsters and seafood, and the best gourmet breakfasts and dinners prepared by the owners. We shared laughs, stories, and karaoke in the evenings with other guests. They also coordinate tours and other activities on the beaches and surrounding islands. Also I recommend this wonderful place for a Pilates retreat - Yoga - Family reunion promotion, etc."

"Convenient location downtown. Although we didn’t swim the pool looked nice. The hotel is a bit dated but the room had decent amenities like a cold mini fridge and AC."

"Outstanding! The lodge is beautiful and the owners are super friendly. You feel very welcome and it's very informal. Nice conversations, games evenings together or delicious dinners are just as much a part of the experience as the exceptionally clean and tastefully furnished rooms and facilities! "We had a wonderful time staying in one of Koko aqua lodge’s over the water bungalow for a few days while visiting Bocas Del Toro,Panama….And what made it even better were the super friendly people who run the place in particular Heylis who is a great host and a real good singer in a local band…Thank you all ☺️"
