"The hotel is just awesome. The member of staff during check-in was great and but then the only interaction with staff we had during breakfast. And they were truly fantastic. The majority appear to be uni students as they all seem that age. Every single one of them was very helpful, professional but super friendly. The food was gorgeous, prepared quickly and served beautifully. The bar was great and all sitting areas were beautifully decorated. The bedroom was spacious and super clean with the bathroom having a benefit of a large bath and underfloor heating. The only issue for me was the bed. Two single mattresses put together to make a large king size bed is never a comfortable solution and this one was not either. I struggled both nights and I must say I didn't have the best sleep unfortunately. Everything else was superb so thank you."

"Comfy bed, shower was lovely and the hairdryer brilliant(usually take my own as many are useless) Breakfast was tasty and staff were friendly. Only issue i had was getting in the night entrance it needed a powerful shove!"
