My first time staying at this hotel, and I absolutely loved it! I arrived in Caxias late at night, and as soon as I walked into the property, the front desk greeted me by name. 👏 Such a remarkable personal touch that made me feel so welcome. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the breakfast was delicious. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and courteous throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this property and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Hotel Swan - Caxias do Sul

The hotel is well located in the center of Caxias, easily walkable to stores and shops. My room was comfortable and clean, and had a desk for working, openable window and good sized bathroom and shower. There is an exercise room, sauna and heated pool on the top floor. The breakfast buffet offers plenty of options. The staff is extremely attentive and helpful, they went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed. I've stayed 4 or 5 times, and will continue to stay there when I visit Caxias.

They made me pay for parking of the vehicle I had rented when it. Kearny indicated when I booked that breakfast and parking was included. But you guys always screw your customers. I am going to start using another service that doesn’t included Expedia. I always check Expedia first, but no more. You can’t say that parking is included I. The premises and they charge me for parking. I would have chosen another hotel - and in the future another service provider. It’s not the first time you guys change the rules half way through the game. Julian

A experiência começou com uma preocupação muito simples da nossa parte: antes mesmo da chegada, ligamos para confirmar especificamente se a piscina aquecida estava funcionando normalmente e se havia qualquer problema. A resposta foi clara: estava tudo certo. Porém, ao chegarmos ao hotel por volta das 15h, encontramos a piscina em manutenção. Ao questionarmos, fomos informados de que se tratava apenas de uma limpeza. Confiamos na informação e aguardamos. Retornamos novamente por volta das 18h e, para nossa surpresa, nada havia mudado. Após nova reclamação, um funcionário subiu e em aproximadamente cinco minutos realizou a aspiração da piscina. Foi nesse momento que recebemos a informação de que a piscina não estava tão aquecida porque uma das caldeiras já não estava funcionando 100%. E é justamente aqui que fica a maior insatisfação: se já existia conhecimento de uma limitação no aquecimento, por que isso não foi informado quando ligamos antes? Por que ao chegarmos foi dito que era apenas uma limpeza? Além disso, ficou evidente uma grande falta de alinhamento entre as equipes. Em vários momentos havia desencontro de informações entre recepção e manutenção. Parecia que ninguém sabia exatamente a situação, onde estavam os responsáveis ou qual era a informação correta. Inclusive, presenciamos reclamações e desencontros entre os próprios colaboradores, transmitindo uma sensação de desorganização e improviso.
