"Arrived into this hotel after booking 2 months before and paid my stay no one in reception the code given to me by email didn't work as the hotel system says hotel fully booked, so my room was double sold

"We had a lovely room on the second floor. The air conditioning was efficient and very quiet- a real plus in the heatwave. We parked easily in the courtyard. The pool area is surrounded by walks and trees so there was plenty of shade as well as sun loungers. The receptionist was very helpful and explained everything thoroughly. We had a great breakfast as well. They had gluten free bread for me, which is not always the case in France. "
