The property itself is well located and the staff are very friendly. When we visited however both elevators were out of service, which from the signage did not appear to be a recent development. Additionally all rooms’ AC is centrally controlled by the hotel and set to a toasty 25C which made for a hot and unnecessarily sticky night’s sleep.

This is the second time we have stayed here for an overnight stop on our way driving home from Spain. Spacious apartment with cooking facilities, great when travelling with children. However, there has always been something broken. This year, the air conditioning unit leaked water all down the wall/onto the floor, the bathroom extractor fan didn't work and one of the bedroom lights was broken. In previous years the balcony door has been broken, not great when travelling with small children. This year, it was filthy underneath the beds and the bed covers smelt as though they had been put away when still wet. Despite this, the staff have always been very helpful and friendly.

We have stayed here in one of the apartments around four times now, as an overnight stop driving from Spain/South of France. It is conveniently located off yhe motorway and good for families due to having a kitchen. Unfortunately, this time we had issues with the room. One of the sliding balcony doors did not lock which is a security risk as well as being dangerous. We reported it and luckily they did repair it. The bed covers were not clean and one mattress smelt strongly of urine. The covers and pillows smelt of urine and stale sweat. All of the glasses and plates in the kitchen had been out in the cupboard but were not properly clean. The air conditioning unit made a loud noise every 1.5 minutes. After hours of this we reported it. We were informed it had to be centrally turned off. It was during a heatwave and not ideal. The staff were friendly and did offer to move us into a hotel room. However, being a family of five this was not convenient as we would have had to stay in two separate rooms and not had a kitchen. Overall, good location but this year the cleanliness and condition of the apartment was poor.

Freundliches Personal. Sauberes Zimmer, gute Betten. Bad gewöhnungsbedürftig. Duschvorhang eh schon nicht schön, aber Halterung kam aus der Wand und der Vorhang fädelte aus. Alte Seifenreste in den Fugen. Klimaanlage machte im 25 Minutentakt ein lautes, knallendes Geräusch. Egal ob im ein- oder ausgeschalteten Zustand.
