"You’re not allowed to lower the AC past 72 degrees! Check out time is a very early 10am. I asked for 30 extra minutes. They wanted to charge me $50. Go somewhere else!"

Metro Phoenix Extended Stay
"Staff at the front desk were rude when i asked for towels. No towels were available. No mugs for coffee. Had to switch rooms, 1st one was very dirty and bed unmade, sent the pictures to hotel staff by txt."
