"When i arrives to my room, it was a mess! The bed was unmaid, showing stains on the mattress. There were dirty dishes in the sink. Roaches!! Crawling around and crawling by the fridge. Dirty wash clothes hanging from the shower curtain pole. Dead bug on the tub wall. NEVER again. And i havebpictures and videos. Not good at All!"

The property itself is immaculate; modern elegance with a classic touch. The grounds are perfectly maintained, the pools are serene and photo-worthy, and the spa? Absolutely divine. I spent hours unwinding at the rooftop spa pool, and I can honestly say I left floating. But what really made this stay exceptional was the service. Every staff member we encountered was warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful...from valet to concierge to the poolside attendants. They didn’t just meet expectations, they anticipated our needs.
