Berkeley Oceanfront Hotel
The wifi wasn't working and the smart-TV wasn't connected to the internet. There were problems with the A/C. When we checked out, the front desk said someone had already checked out of our room.

Newly Renovated 2 Bedroom House

HC-127 Beach Haus
The building is run down and disgusting. The beds are not beds, they are roll-outs. The place looks nothing like the photos shown. However, the manager there was nice enough to tell me that I can get a refund.
