"The location is good and not too far away from city centre. Although the amenities of the room were dated, they were well maintained. Nice dining area for an ordinary English breakfast but I found they don’t serve whole milk! Overall, I have a good experience there and may consider to visit again."

"It was exactly what I was looking for. Somewhere to lay my head for a couple of nights. (Motorbike riding break) Off road parking was perfect and a bonus! Breakfast was really good. Perfectly placed in the city for a 5-10 mins walk into the city centre. Lots of bars/restaurants to choose from. The pub has sky sports which was a bonus also. All in all, I can't complain. Would definitely stay again if I'm up that way."

"Dated room , smelled of smoke , the bathroom door lock was broken . Noise from room next door from 3-4 am . Hotel doesn’t do food , we didn’t know we had to pay for parking that was another £15. We were only there from 9 pm till before 8 am the next day . Wouldn’t return "

"Rooms were clean, quiet and had everything you needed. This hotel is room only. You have a key for the front door to come in and out and key for your room. There is a number to contact the owners but only saw them when checking in. Rooms provide tea/coffee and bottled water. It’s a no nonsense hotel which has everything you need in your room for your stay."

"The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet was huge and tasty. It’s centrally located for walking the city & near restaurants. The only thing to fix is the street which is blocked for construction, so you can only use one end of the street to get there."
