Caticlan Trips (flight + hotel)

This was a great place but what made it extra memorable was the staff. Ruby was the best and absolutely wonderful. I would definitely stay here again!!

Front desk staff great . Clare . Glen . Lisette . Rooms just ok . Leaked water from ceiling and windows . Wet my shoulder bag . Air con didn’t work . Freezing cold and wouldnt switch off .

The room was clean. The guest services staff responded promptly. The front desk, guest services, security, and pool staff were very friendly and professional. More than likely, we will choose to stay at The Tides Hotel again. The only complaints we have is the fee for the extra towels. There should be two sets for the first stay.

We had an amazing time at Oseidon Hotel. The staff were all so welcoming and friendly. Everyone was super accommodating to our needs. They went above and beyond to make sure we were all happy. The breakfast was good, lots of variety to choose from, there were no fruit on the menu, but they went out and got what we were looking for to serve it at breakfast. The rooms were clean and spacious. The location was very convenient, only 3 minute walk to main beach, but quiet enough at night. The pool was the perfect place to cool off after a long day at the beach! The receptionist Reymark and all the other staff were so kind! Would highly recommend staying here!
