"The place was quiet and staff were great and extremely helpful. The only downside was that the bathroom was poorly lit. There was only one dim light directly over the toilet, so when the shower curtains are closed, it would get dark within the shower space itself."

I had arrived at approx 12:15 AM and didn't figure this out until the morning and I told the front desk about it on the way out. - Wood floor was badly deteriorated and coming up in places, - Noise from other guests through walls and from outside until apprx 2:30 AM, - It felt unsafe - it would have been better to have given us a room towards the front of the hotel so that the people in the praking lot late at night wouldn't have concerned me as much. - Breakfast Person was extremely nice and helpful. "I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience overall. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. They were incredibly friendly and provided excellent local recommendations for places to visit, which really added value to my trip. The breakfast was another major highlight—everything was fresh, delicious, and well-prepared. It was the perfect way to start each day. I also appreciated the location; the area felt very safe and secure, allowing me to relax and enjoy my stay without any concerns. I did encounter two minor issues during my visit: The Wi-Fi was unfortunately non-functional on the 4th floor, which was a bit of an inconvenience for getting work done in the room. The AC in the gym was out during my stay, making it a bit too warm for a comfortable workout. Despite those two technical hiccups, the "amazing" service and hospitality far outweighed the negatives. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming and safe place to stay!"
