"I must say when I read the reviews I was a bit frightened but this was the only room in the area that included the two beds for my daughter and friends that were coming to town nevertheless I'm glad I do not judge based off others reviews and go with my own instincts and this stay was a 10 out of 10 so much room in the suite the lobby was spotless the check-in and check out was Swift as well as easy no hiccups at all parking we didn't use parking but parking is available on site there's a garage and I believe it's only $25 a night with in and out privileges nevertheless I will highly recommend this hotel based off of our stay the Super Bowl weekend. "

"The hotel upgradedour room and it was a very spacious, beautiful room. The old style architecture, furniture, full bath tub, specious bathroom, all were very nice. The room was also clean, the bed was very comfortable as well."

"Standouts were the staff, Chas my concierge greeted us at the door, handled our bags, placed them in the room, got us ice, and made sure our needs were met, Ketunde the receptionist was in training, yet she was exceptionally professional and welcoming, easy conversation making us feel at home, the host, and our waiters at the lounge were also very welcoming, and friendly with excellent service and attentiveness, the valets were really sweet, opened doors, made sure the car was nice and toasty when we got inside. Our Queen suite with two Queen beds, a huge bathrooom complete with a luxurious tub, separate huge closet and working area with desk and chair was beyond our expectations. Historic elegance meets modern comforts. You can’t go wrong staying at the Jefferson if you would like to be spoiled and pampered."
