"The staff were friendly and welcoming. They were also very helpful when we had a problem not related to our stay there - they could easily have said it wasn’t in their job description! The room was clean and comfortable. We were happy to have a fridge, good WiFi and charging sockets. Close to the town centre too. Very good value for money!"

"Excellent and convenient location, five minute drive from the main part of Santiago. If you’re renting a car, this is one of the few hotels with abundant parking on site that is free. 10 minute drive to the airport. Super quiet and clean. Highly recommended."

"This hotel was spot on! The concierge at the front desk was so helpful, especially Julio. Everything was clean, beds were comfortable, and everything was very accessible. Not to mention, the breakfast buffet was delectable."

"This was such a beautiful hotel with a marvelous view. The saltwater pool was so refreshing and the beds extremely comfortable. We were given a room with two double beds for three adults without a cot but still had enough space. The shower was so refreshing, I only regret that I didn’t get to take a bath in the deep jet tub."

"Nice place, quiet location, convenient stopover. The complimentary pick-up from the airport was very nice and quick. The staff were nice. The room was good - but the corridors stink of smoke. It was very quiet, not many guests around."

"The hotel its rooms, public area and grounds are very maintained, elegantly appointed and luxurious. The included breakfast included a wide variety of fruits, breads, meats and cheese. Cooked to order eggs. The eggs were perfectly prepared. Dinner in the Michelin rated restaurant was memorable. The scallops and oysters were the best I’ve ever had. I hope to return to this excellent hotel and spa."

"It was my first time in spain and for someone that doesn’t really speak fluent spanish the staff was very helpful. The taxi service they call is fast and they let us keep our bags in storage for our last day even though we checked out at 12pm our train to madrid wasn’t until 8pm so we were able to walk around without bringing the luggage everywhere"
