Close to bus stop, supermarket, etc. Really good location, the property was clean and the service fantastic, however the room only had 3 hangers, the sink countertop is very small, no place to hang the hand towel, and no iron board. Still a good deal for us because it's very near to our family and the price good,

Amazing Staff, 5 Star Service *****

Amazing Staff!! The manager, the lady receptionist (with 7 dogs 😁) the young guy receptionist (spiky hair) bar man and young chef, so sorry I didn't get your names... Absolutely top class hospitality and customer service, even lent me 2 euros for the bus, helped me with boarding passes and really made my stay fantastic 😍

Really nice staff

Hotel is under major renovation. Should be more pretty next year. Parking is free around neighborhood. By door there is #6 bus take you directly to old town in 30m.Staff is super super friendly. We are late for breakfast they made us coffee for free. :)

Air conditioner didn't work well. Also, I found spider in the room. So eco-friendly! Breakfast buffet was terrible. I won't re-visit again nor recommend my family or friends to visit there.

We paid for 3 beds and the only room available was 2 beds, even though we didnt have late check in. One of the beds didnt have any blankets. The heat/ac never worked in the room. The wifi didnt work in the room. The bilingual concierge didnt speak any english. Beds were made each day, but floors were never sweeped and actually got dirtier after house keeping. "Free parking" was whatever you could find to park on the street. The restaurant served pizza when they felt like being open, for about an hour a day, but never the same times. We expected the Ascent standard for clean and decent hotels. This was not it. The things listed in the hotel description were not avaliable.

En una habitación faltaban almohadas y nos dieron dos pequeñitas. Limpieza mejorable. Desayuno buffet pobre para 15 euros. Está en proceso de renovación y las partes renovadas bonitas.

Værelset var ikke rent, der var ikke håndsæbe, men der stor en sæbe i bruseren uden prop på. Der han ledninger ud af loftet også på badeværelset og der var ikke ventilation på badeværelset, så det blev ret fugtigt da 2 personer havde været i bad. Der var kun loftbelysning, ingen små lamper ved sengene Der var blot 1 vandglas på badeværelset, selvom vi havde bestilt værelset til 2 Alt i alt ikke et sted jeg ville vende tilbage til

La limpieza del hotel deja mucho que desear y el aspecto también. No parece a las fotos. Aparte de que se paga una pasta y está lejos del centro de santiago y no incluye desayuno. Y fueron 113€ osea q nada económico

Estancia muy corta, suficiente el alojamiento

El hotel y la habitación aparente estaban bien. Se ven indicios de reforma y que no estan terminadas pues en el hall de la planta no habia indicador de hacia que lado estaban los diferentes numeros de habitaciones. Eso si, no teniamos perchas, no funcionaba el mando de la tv y tampoco habia ni una sola silla.
