"Very friendly & helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble, position of property was perfect for exploring Kings Lynn, we ate at the property on our first night & had an excellent meal, my husband had the Chop of the day which he said was one of the best chops he’d ever eaten."
"A lovely pretty place to stay. We stayed in the Wood Lodge. Which was sweet with its own little garden / courtyard. Location is great especially as the beach is a 2 minutes walk where you can go and watch the sunset.
I would highly recommend this place, especially as there are different accommodation options to pick from.
Nigel was very helpful and welcoming.
Extra added bonus is dogs are welcome..."
"My family and I enjoyed our two nights at the lodge.
The rooms and the ensuite bathroom are neat (though there was no toilet brush) and have got its own television.
The kitchen also has a sitting area to relax, a dinning and its own television, all basic cooking utensils are available.
Most importantly the gentle man in charge was reachable, responsive and respectful.
If I were to visit Kings Lynn again I'll definitely lodge here."

"It was a brief stay for us, arriving on Friday afternoon, out with friends for the evening and left 6.30am Saturday. However, we were amazed at what we git for the money. Bedroom with extra large bed, 2 arm chairs. Kitchen with table, 2 chairs, fridge, dishwasher etc., dressing room. Unfortunately, probably due to restrictions put on the building, the bathroom was on the small side to the point where there was no space for a door on the shower just a curtain. I would definitely stay again and probably for longer, a great base for a couple. Great location, right opposite the Minster. Plenty of car parks around and the Minster car park opposite the place. Great nights sleep in that extra large bed. We were worried about noise on a Friday night as our room was at the front facing the Minster and they had tables out the front. Pleased to report we heard verh little and not enough to keep us awake. You do have to take in to account its an old building, possibly listed, probably with lots of restrictions on things like windows - sash windows, so it won't please those who like ultra modern. "
"Great stay as always, central location handy for train and bus stations easy check-in, nicely decorated rooms with Netflix, tea and coffee facilities, communal spaces and safe. Thank you Helen x"

"Nothing wrong with the stay . Good room for an old building. Only concern was the position of the toilet. It was crammed into and a tight fit even for me who is large but not exsive."
"Asked for a top floor end of corridor room and thats what we were allocated good sized room with a balcony plenty parking even though it was a very bisy weekend with concerts at Sandringham Estate "
