"L'emplacement est au top. L’appartement et ses équipements sont au top. tout est superbe jusqu'à environ 20 heures. A partir de ce moment, on a une musique de fond qui vient d'on ne sais ou.? Puis ça devient de plus en plus gênant. Il faut savoir que ce superbe appartement se situe juste au dessus d'une Pizzeria (très bonne au demeurant) qui est ouverte jusqu'à une heure du matin avec la musique a fond. dans la journée c'est sympa, mais pour dormir.....c'est autre chose. "Such a lovely property. Very clean and accessible. Location was pretty much in the hub of activity and was very close to most of the attractions we visited. Staff was kind and very helpful. If I come back to Coimbra, I would absolutely come back here to stay! "
"Quinta das Lágrimas has such an important and interesting place in Portuguese history, which we enjoyed learning about during our stay. The old house and surrounding gardens are beautiful and romantic, even in the winter. Our room was in the spa wing, and it was large and comfortable, but the “Queen” bed was actually two twins pushed together (which is common in Europe), the shower flooded easily, and the bathroom door was extremely difficult to lock and unlock. As Canadians, we were also surprised to learn that we were not allowed to use the indoor pool without a swimming cap."
