Clean, staff friendly, although not around when I checked out so just left the keys on the desk (I hope that was ok?), but were there when I checked in, thank goodness, Bimbi carried my bags up the many stairs (although there was a lift if needed). The room was huge, and air con worked well. Only down side was the window shutters were broken so let in first light. Other than that, all good."

The area is quiet and very convenient to the train station/bus station. There is a grocery store across the street that was very helpful when we needed a few items on our trip. "Everything was excellent except that our room was too hot and we had to keep the windows open. Unfortunately, there was much traffic noise and some annoying guy with his music blasting every night. Hard to sleep with so much noise. Air Conditioning would have been welcome however, it wasn't working no matter what we did. So that's the only disappointing fact."
