"I usually do not write bad reviews. We arrived at 3 pm, the owner was clearly bothered by our presence. He wanted to retain our Ids until the next day—a no go. The room had a temperature of 35 degrees and the a/c did not work. Our complaint was answered tha a/c only is available between 6pm and 5am. The hotel is situated in what looks like a war zone. "This is a wonderful hotel located in Lucera and close to the charming town of Pietra Montecorvino ( a real hidden gem). Spacious rooms with beautiful views. Staff was accommodating and the breakfast was excellent with sweet and savory options."

The restaurant was could be fixed up to feel more appealing. Not a great selection for breakfast. Staff was friendly and anxious to help. It was a good stop after traveling many hours.
