The bed was comfortable, the bathroom and kitchen facilities were ideal and the washing machine and iron was a very welcome surprise. The property was also very safe and secure. "First of all, your reqest for feedback sould be sent in the guest's language! That would show a connetion rather than making the guest feel simply like a reporter. I had two concerns. The room was very cold and I do not feel that guests should be asked to carry their garbage downstairs!!! I have never been told to do that at any other place Ihave stayed. Other than that it was a wonderful stay."

"We had a wonderful time at Parco dei Principi with our family of four. We stayed in the apartment cedro which was perfect for us. The grounds are beautiful, the pool is great. The staff is attentive and highly responsive. We had many meals on property at the beach restaurant, main restaurant and the pool area and everything was really delicious— the hotel is about 25 minutes walk from the heart of Sorrento which in some ways is really nice to walk off heavy meals and enjoy peace and quiet. No complaints! "
