"Such beautiful accomodations, very clean, everything you need. Seemed very new. Very neat facilities, weren't around enough to enjoy them, it was closed before we got home in evening and before we left in morning. The laundry was available and open until 11, it did require a specific laundry card or cash, which was a bit of a hassle. Everything seemed to be closed by 8, store, pool, etc. That being said, the bar and restaurant were still open and the food and drink were wonderful, at least for American tourists a little bit of homestyle food, for vegetarian a very yummy burger and fries. Very convenient checkout a nice gentleman ran out for our keys and let us get on our way. Nice location, nice people, beautiful, clean and efficient! Comfortable and very modern and chic! "

"Good: clean, staff worked really hard making things look nice Bad: the manager not solving problems 2. The music so loud you could hear to 5th floor 3. Supposedly a hostel = No stove, not enough utensils,paper towels, salt, pepper 3. The laundry room dryers have no temp. gauge (only on high setting) they did supply 2 drying racks enough for 2 loads of clothes. I would not recommend to people who want a regular hostel . It will become expensive quickly."

"I had such a beautiful stay at Villa Neroli—it truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt peaceful and refined, like a hidden retreat just outside the busy city center. The grounds are absolutely stunning—lush gardens, a gorgeous pool area, and quiet corners that make it perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Florence. The rooms were clean, modern, and very comfortable, with thoughtful touches that made the stay feel elevated without being over the top. What really stood out was the staff—everyone was warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Whether it was recommendations for dining, transportation, or just making sure we were comfortable, they went above and beyond. The breakfast was also a highlight—fresh, delicious, and a great way to start the day before heading into the city. If you’re looking for a stay that combines quiet luxury, comfort, and easy access to Florence, Villa Neroli is a perfect choice. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it."

"Beautiful, picturesque location stationed right by River Arno. Delicious restaurant options for dinner. Front staff was friendly and helpful. Deeply appreciated the room upgrade with a stunning lookout of the grounds. Only wished the bumpin' music in the clubhouse (?) was a bit quieter during sleeping hours. Thank you for a memorable stay overall."

"This was one of the most amazing g places I have stayed in Europe. So authentic to what it was back when it was built. The antiques the artwork. The attention to detail. The gardens. The staff are amazing. It was a nice break from the crazed city center areas. I was able to enjoy space and calm. I recommend it 100+% "
