"tons of shops, about 10 min walk to Times Square. the vending machines don’t give water though as advertised, it kept producing brisk tea. bathrooms weren’t super clean. also the men in the lobbies kept asking for a room key but we noticed other guests of different races got to walk through no issues "

"Staying just off of the main Times Square area and just a mile from Central Park is the perfect location. This hotel is tucked away so it feels a bit quieter, but it's still a gorgeous historic space that feels quintessentially New York City. Beds and linens were very comfortable and the staff was fantastic. Will absolutely be back!"

"The property was close to subways to take you anywhere in the city that was fast and affordable. The hotel is close to Central Park and time square. The hotel offers a discount from local places which was very nice. Heaven on 7th had great slices and offered discounts. The front desk staff was not as polite as cheaper places, but the rest of the staff were amazing. The rooms were clean, but our room had a terrible air conditioner and it was very hot during winter our entire stay. Request a refrigerator if you want to store food or keep cold drinks. They only provide to those who request one. "
