From the security staff and bellmen to the reception team, every single person I encountered was highly professional, courteous, and attentive. What impressed me even more was seeing members of the top management team actively walking around the property to ensure that guests were being properly taken care of. Their visible presence and commitment to guest satisfaction reflect a culture of excellence that is evident throughout the entire operation. The follow-up was equally impressive. The team consistently checked in to make sure everything was meeting expectations and promptly addressed any request or concern. This level of attentiveness made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. The level of service is outstanding and sets a benchmark for hospitality excellence. This property is a perfect example of the standards that other hotels should aspire to in customer care and hospitality management. I highly recommend this property. "Situated in the medina which is my preferred location. I like not having to get a taxi into town. This is a pretty basic Hotel but cheap and clean. I don’t know about the air conditioning as it’s not the height of the summer and air con not necessary. All the shops and food places of the marina on your door step"
