Hotels near Casino at Luxor Las Vegas

"We were promised an upgrade and early check in. Neither happened. We were told that we would get a text when our room was ready. We did not. The room had a broken lamp and a light that did not work. There was no coffee maker in the room. There was no miniature sewing kit in the room. The ‘scent’ piped through the vents was overpowering and nausea inducing. The loud music piped through the hotel was too loud. While I might come back to las Vegas, I won’t go back to the Aria."

"I was disappointed NO refrigerator or coffee maker were in the rooms. No resort amenities were used for a one night stay but yet a $51 fee was charged. Seems your card key could tell whether you use any of the amenities."

"The staff were wonderful from the front desk to the cleaning staff. The rooms are very outdated but the view and location were great. Didn’t know you can’t take metal water containers in the pool as they could be used as a weapon only unopened plastic bottles are acceptable "
