Do not be put off by the graffitied elevator in the main building (once you see the rest of Naples the elevator fits in with the city and is less concerning to your eyes), the hotel is very well kept, clean, quiet, and great amenities including a balcony jacuzzi and patio breakfast over looking the harbour. "This is an excellent hotel. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed four nights and left the city for Sorrento. On the way back from Sorrento to Rome, we stopped at Naples for visiting Chapel of Sansevero. The hotel was very kind to offer us free luggage storage. We highly appreciate that. Also the breakfast was great."
