"Bed was uncomfortable. None of the electrical outlets worked. The door looked as if it was kicked in at some point. Did not feel safe with the privacy chain. No staff on duty to help with check in or after. "

"We had a pleasant stay here. The location was excellent—close enough to walk into town and explore, with transportation options available as well. The room was comfortable and overall everything went smoothly. We did run into a couple of small issues, but maintenance took care of them almost immediately, which we really appreciated. Overall, a good experience and we’d stay here again."
"The staff was friendly and helpful. The front desk upgraded us to the governor’s suite, which was fabulous. The Armory Lounge in the hotel has great ambience, cocktails, and food. Maddie our server and bartender was excellent. We would definitely stay there again."
"The only real issue was the sound carrying from the hall and the room next to me. Our room had a door that connected to another room. Not our request but it just happened that way. I was able to hear the person clearing their throat and moving around early in the morning. I did not expect to be able to hear such soft noises between walls. Our neighbor was quiet but if they were noisier it would have made for a restless stay.
The property is under renovation but the work area is tidy and did not interfere with our stay. Parking was convenient and just steps from our room. Staff was very pleasant and we were able to check in early to get our key. We had an engagement at the normal check in time and would be late getting back so this helped us to be able to drop luggage off and go.
The price was reasonable and we appreciated the option of canceling, if we needed to, so close to our reservation date."
