"Everything was excellent and the staff or professional"

"The staff was great and very friendly; however, the room itself was disappointing. We were placed in a handicap-accessible unit with a very small shower and a shower curtain, which was not ideal. The bigger issue was that the shower drain was clogged. Within seconds of turning on the water, there was over an inch of standing water around our ankles. I reported this immediately and was told maintenance would be coming, but from check-in to check-out, no one ever came to address the issue. Additionally, we were charged twice for the room and are still waiting for the second charge to be refunded."

"Room had a few issues with cleaning. Bed side table was sticky with what appeared to be soda. The staff here is awesome especially Stephanie at front desk. "

"They were very friendly, the rooms were clean and had personal touches. My only disappointment was my room did not have an upper lock or safety measure of any kind. There were holes from were that had been one. Being a solo female traveler, I actually put a chair in front of the door. Don't get me wrong the environment was not scary, but I certainly don't trust only having a door knob lock. "
