"The property was nice. Our AC went out in our room over night. I contacted the receptionist in the AM she immediately offered to move us rooms. My husband and I were okay staying in our room so we asked if they could come take a look. We went to breakfast while the staff tried to fix the ac. We received a text they would be upgrading our room for no charge due to the AC going out. Safi staff were very helpful. I would definitely stay here again. The Skybar at the hotel was pretty cool. My husband and I enjoyed walking the area and we felt pretty safe."
