I like this place been coming here since I was a little girl with my parents and the thing is the rooms need to be cleaned properly more so the bathrooms they need to take the mold from the edges or just remodel them

Ac was not working Staff was EXTREMELY rude and gave little to no assistance, it was like pulling teeth to get information. No one wanted to help! False advertisement, pools were closed Park was closed We traveled from the U.S. for my sons wedding and it was so stressful, my father could not walk very well and there are no handicap amenities Food took an hour for a burger and 2 drinks

The view is amazing! but as far as front office, they didn't seem so concerned about our key card not working (3-4 times) we were locked out and couldn't get inside. the rest of the staff, as far as housekeeping and night management was friendly and tried to help rapidly seeing us outside freezing with our infant and couldn't get inside our room. That place has a lot of potential just needs a little bit of updating the rooms and such. overall, our stay was fair besides that.

For being classified as a Resort place, this was more like a 2-3 star place, did not fit the price charged nor the classification; bathroom/showers very small/tight areas. Very noisy late at night with Music groups blaring their music late night and early morning hours without being told to respect other guests. Staff at Reception very blunt, not warm welcome. Maid service hard workers

Pasamos un momento agradable en familia. Como ya comentan otros huéspedes hace falta mantenimiento, el aire nos falló en la noche y tuvo que ir un técnico a repararlo, así que tuvimos el sueño bastante interrumpido. Sin embargo los alrededores del lugar es increíble, tiene vistas hermosas y se respira mucha tranquilidad. El área de albercas es bonita y amplia, algo poco visto por estos lugares.
