"I booked this property so that I could join friends in a neighbouring village for a celebration. The property was quite basic for my taste and in a more rural area than I would have liked especially as I was driving on narrow country roads at night to return to the property. Thankfully it was a quiet enough area. The host Laura was very friendly and helpful. The apartment had everything that you needed but for my taste very basic. The garden area was nice and quiet. "The room was freezing cold. We had to ask to turn on the heater at 2am because there was no way to control it from the room. It turned on and then turned off again. We were freezing all night. There wasn’t even a blanket on the bed, Only one sheet. We slept in our jeans and jackets all night. Worse sleep I’ve had at a hotel in years. "

"I should have guessed by the fact you can reserve a room by the hour, what kind of hotel this was. The walls were paper thin so that you could hear the piped music in the hall all night long, as if there was a party somewhere, and people constantly clattering around. The bed was big but the pillow rock hard and the mirror on the ceiling very interesting!"
