Wonderful stay we got an upgrade at the relais sant Ufficio because of the bad weather we enjoyed our stay the spa the pool and the services all was really really nice we loved to come back

Fantastic experience - warm recommendations

Fantastic stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect - the room, service, location, breakfast and overall hospitality. It is a great benefit that casa Munfra belongs to the Relais estate so you can benefit the tennis court, spa & wellnes, pool and restaurant. We really appreciated the wine yard recommendations and support to book restaurants.

Hotel is located in a beautiful location, really nice estate. We have been here a couple of times, but this was now the last time: room was sloppy cleaned (dirt in the corners and on the carpet), public toilet was disgusting (floor was so sticky), breakfast: no bread left neither refilled, we had to share one glass as no fresh glasses were provided for more than one hour, small service team seemed to be overwhelmed by number of guests. The website promises a sun terrace which was sealed without explanation. Note, there is only one outdoor swimming pool, the other one seems to be permanently closed. Our feedback was noted at check out without any visible reaction.

Unterkunft liegt ca. 400m weg von der Rezeption, Pool, Frühstückesort, also eigentlich eine andere Location. Wir wurden darüber nicht informiert und so gestaltete sich das check-in etwas ärgerlich. Niemannwar an der Rezeption des Casa Munfrat und die dort angegebene Telefonnummer klingelte ins leere. Auch funktionierte der Türbadge die ersten Tage nicht richtig. Das personal war zwar sehr bemüht, aber erst beim vierten Anlauf konnten sie es richten. Kostete viel Nerven und Zeit.

Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig gelegen, sauber und schön eingerichtet. Die Auswahl beim Frühstücksbüffet war klein aber mit regionalen Produkten. Der Service war mehr als schlecht. Aufgrund einer Feier waren jegliche Annehmlichkeiten im Hotel geschlossen. Wir wurden erst einen Tag vor Ankunft darüber informiert und haben troz Nachfrage keine Entschädigung erhalten. Bei diesem Standard des Hotels hätten wir deutlich mehr erwartet. Aufgrund des schlechten Service würden wir keinen zweiten Aufenthalt buchen.

Wir kommen wieder

Das Hotel wird vom 100 m weiter liegenden wundervollen Relais Sant’Uffizio Wellness & SPA Hotel bewirtschaftet. Man frühstückt dort und nutzt die Einrichtungen. Wir haben je eine Nacht in beiden Hotels verbracht, da im San‘t Uffizio keine zweite Nacht buchbar war. Es hat alles hervorragend geklappt. Man hat unsere Koffer ins Zimmer umgezogen und wir mussten uns um nichts kümmern. Die Zimmer und Lage sind sehr gut, ruhig und absolut empfehlenswert.

Spa magique et dépaysement assuré!

Bel hôtel, entouré de vignobles et situé dans un endroit très calme. Chambre moderne, spacieuse et propre. Minibar offert et renouvelé chaque jour pendant le séjour. Personnel souriant. Petit-déjeuner buffet copieux et varié. Le spa et la piscine intérieure étaient tout simplement exceptionnels! La cuisine du Bistrot Sant’Uffizio était excellente. A noter que la Casa Munfra est légèrement excentré et à 5min à pied du Relais Sant’Uffizio où se trouvent les piscines, spa, restaurants etc. Malheureusement nous sommes arrivés à l’hôtel juste après une tempête et la connexion internet et Wifi étaient hors service et aucune solution nous a été proposée pendant le séjour.

Vi bodde i Casa mufra. Fattade inte när jag bokade att det låg 200 m ifrån huvudbyggnaden. I vårt hus fanns bara rum o gym. Men stället va jätte harmoniskt o mysigt. Poolen va fin. Maten jätte bra.

Bel endroit mais restaurant le Bistrot à éviter

Il ne s'agit pas d'un hôtel indépendant mais d'un bâtiment annexe au relai SantUffizio. L'ensemble des prestations autres que la chambre sont dans le relai SantUffizio accessible à pied (3mn). Bel emplacement en pleine campagne au milieu des vignes un peu gâché par le chien du voisin qui jappe la nuit. RAS sur la chambre conforme au standard worldwide 4* donc pas d'authenticité. Absence de serviette à l'entrée de la salle de sport. Uniquement 4 emplacements disponibles pour boire un verre en extérieur = pas sérieux pour hôtel de cette taille. Restaurant Bistrot à éviter je n'arrive toujours pas comprendre ce que j'ai mangé, sinon une énorme tranche de gras !!! sans doute ma pire expérience en la matière.
