"We were given a second floor room, and there was no elevator!! At the age of near 70, I was not going to drag my suitcase up the stairs! The desk staff willingly and promptly carried our suitcases up and down the stairs. The front desk staff said there was some rule in Santa Fe that no elevator is required unless a hotel is three stories or higher. So odd. Also, had to nearly fight to find a seat at the breakfast buffet on Saturday morning. Hotel room was dark."

"I booked the property on Expedia and the confirmation stated check in was available from 11am-4pm. I arrived at 12:20pm to check in and was informed the hotel charges an additional $50 for checking in before 4pm. The Expedia confirmation didn’t indicate an additional fee. Also, when checking in I informed the hotel concierge that I requested a late check out on the day of departure. On the day of departure, I went downstairs to confirm the late departure request and the concierge was not aware of the request. So communication between front desk personnel is not good or reliable."
