Ojo Santa Fe Spa Resort

"While we were only there for one night, it was a fun and relaxing evening before ending our week of vacationing. The pools were wonderful and easily accessible with our key cards. The property was well laid out beautiful to walk through. Shortly after we arrived, a staff member from the restaurant stopped by with a bottle of prosecco, some little dessert bites and a sweet card to welcome us. We unfortunately didn’t get to pet the Silkie Chickens since we were there outside of the timeframe they do that, but we did get to enjoy their presence while they hung out in the yard outside the coop. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely like to go back again sometime, especially to explore more of the amenities as well as the historic downtown area of Santa Fe."

"Our door did not close easily. The hotel looked a little run down. We had room service nearly walk in while we were still sleeping. No communication between house keeping and the front desk, maybe?"

"We always enjoy our stay at this location. The only thing that we noticed this time was that the water pressure in our bathroom was very low. Not sure what was going on, but it was not bad enough to bring it up to the staff. Everyone is very nice and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the a/c worked well. I always like to book a larger room with a kitchen, and so far this hotel has really worked out for us."

"Overall a great stay. The hotel is getting ready to and/or is starting a renovation, so there were a few things that needed minor attention, but the staff was upfront and clear about things they were aware of, and attentive of any issues brought up. We saw new air conditioning units getting delivered, but our room's air was perfect. Anything being worked on was not noticed by us."
