"We were given a second floor room, and there was no elevator!! At the age of near 70, I was not going to drag my suitcase up the stairs! The desk staff willingly and promptly carried our suitcases up and down the stairs. The front desk staff said there was some rule in Santa Fe that no elevator is required unless a hotel is three stories or higher. So odd. Also, had to nearly fight to find a seat at the breakfast buffet on Saturday morning. Hotel room was dark."
