"The standout element of our stay at Vila Vita was the sense of community, every person that works there has a sense of care and pride in what they do, going the extra mile for all residents and has a family feel. The place is stunning, completely self contained so no need to leave if not wanting to and clean, well maintained, all needs catered for. 50% of residents are returning and we will be in that list in future. "hotel is a bit remote from the towns, but sits right next to the cliffs and a beach. the trail starts right at the cliff. free parking onsite, but you need to drag your luggage’s over stone roads, or ask for help of staff to drive a kart. resort is nicely laid out and breakfast is great. one issue is the power was out for one night due to the coastal weather, and no staff was at the reception for the night. luckily internet and heating was still available."

"Spacious, excellent venue"

"From the moment we arrived at the hotel, we were warmly welcomed by a lovely lady who assisted us with all the formalities. Our room was in excellent condition with a beautiful sea view and was cleaned daily. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast throughout our stay. The swimming pool and Jacuzzi were fantastic, and we also spent some relaxing time at the bar. I would like to thank the staff, who always greeted us with a warm smile, making our stay even more enjoyable. The only improvement I would suggest is better signage to the reception. While it’s fairly obvious, it can be a bit confusing. We spent some time figuring it out, especially since the automatic door took a while to open."

"Wonderful apartment, very comfortable and clean, well appointed with thoughtful touches. We felt right at home and loved the location although there are steep walks up from the town. Parking excellent and nice to have a pool nearby. Would definitely recommend and come back for another stay. "
