The only good thing i can say about this place, was that the pools were nice and it has a good location. Otherwise everything about this place was old and outdated. My fridge didnt work and stunk like something died in it, it took them 3 days to fix it. It had a hookup for a tv in the living room, but no tv. It had absolutely no hot water in either shower. The toilet seat was about to fall off. There was horrible wood chipping on the sinks in the bathroom and along the door frames. Checking in from the phone was horrendous and next to impossible. You had to sign people into your room and that could only be done during the day, i understood they want to curb prostitution down there, but when it's the sister of the woman staying in the same room, there should be an exception. I would highly recommend staying away from this place and finding somewhere else. A one star rating is over rating this property in my opinion.

No tv / no internet

There was a 33,000 peso charge at check in AFTER I paid in full online . TV in living room Didn’t work so I had my girlfriends kids in my bed trying to watch tv every day driving me crazy , nobody ever came to fix it , also internet didn’t work after the 2nd day . I do not recommend this place
