We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. Everything was extremely clean, including the pool, which was very well maintained. The environment was quiet and peaceful, making it perfect for relaxing. Check-in was smooth and easy, which made the experience even better from the start. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed—towels, soap, pots, and pans—so we felt right at home. Overall, it was a great experience, and I will definitely revisit in the future.

I had an amazing stay at Baia Kristal Cartagena. The apartment itself was a big part of that it’s spacious, spotless, and really comfortable, with everything set up in a way that just makes sense. It genuinely felt like having my own place, which made it easy to relax from the start. The lagoon was another highlight. It gives the whole property a calm, scenic vibe, and spending time by the water especially in the evening was one of the best parts of my stay. I also have to mention the host, who was great throughout. Very responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with, which made everything feel smooth and stress-free from check-in to check-out. Overall, a really solid experience. I’d definitely come back.

The apartment is really clean and very nice. The guards very rude, the receptionist rude and she was sick and she was giving us paper and things with a running nose. not pretty. The endless pool is not a beach is a pool. was ok; it's surrounded by construction and abandon properties... there is a notice of no food or drinks in the pool, but nobody cares, everyone was drinking and eating... so don't mind the signs.

La residencial está en desarrollo, sigue en construcción, en mi experiencia al estar en kabo 1 había pocos lugares con camastros, también está retirado del centro de cartagena y hay pocos lugares recreativos cerca, en general la estadía estuvo muy bonito y muy bien equipado

La habitación preciosa, muy agradable. La laguna y playa artificial muy lindas, el personal amable. Muy pocas amenidades, no hay una tienda de conveniencia dentro del hotel, teníamos que caminar hasta la gasolinera más cercana para comprar pequeñas cosas o ir al supermercado en Uber. No funcionó el agua caliente de la habitación en nuestra estadía. La parte sin construir arruina el paisaje, ya que está muy descuidada y fea, se ve abandonada.
