"Our experience was disappointing from the moment we arrived. The reception staff who checked us in were unfriendly and came across as rude. The room did not include a microwave, and after multiple requests and discussions, one was eventually provided; however, it appeared to be a very low-quality unit.
The room also had a strong, unpleasant odor, which forced us to keep the door open for ventilation. In addition, the room remained uncomfortably warm even with the air conditioning thermostat set to its lowest temperature.
Considering we paid more than $900 for a three-night stay, it was frustrating to see such a lack of basic amenities and attention to guest comfort. The overall experience fell well below our expectations for the price."
