"Room was clean, everything was a little outdated and our tub didn’t drain. The housekeepers, groundskeepers and most of the front desk were MARVELOUS. I checked in a little later than we anticipated (hit unexpected traffic delays on the way in) and the guy checking is in, Mark, was rude. I walked in, as I just walked in, he said “can I help you?” With an attitude and then was just super snarky for the remained of our conversation. He said “get your plate number” and I said “ok no problem, didn’t realize I needed that” and he said “how else do you think I’ll get your parking pass” otherwise, it was a great stay"
