"At breakfast, the staff starts vacuuming at 7:00 AM in the breakfast area and you cannot have a conversation with your group as you cannot talk over the vacuuming ! I asked the front desk if they could have them wait til breakfast hours were over to vacuum. They stopped for a few minutes and then started again. I will say that maid service is excellent - Rooms were made up early in the day and very clean ! There is NO Hot Tub at this property and the

area had limited towels and was sub par."

"We had a wonderful stay in Suffolk! The hotel is undergoing slight renovations but all the facilities remain open. The fitness center was very nice as was the

. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful even when we had a slight issue at the beginning, they were happy to help us change rooms even on a busy Saturday. The room itself was very nice too and the bed was comfortable. The location is amazing and so close to everything. We had no noise issues or other complaints. "

"Other than the staff who were nice for the most part, this place needs upgrading badly. Found hair in the bacon. Mold in the AC and smelled, poop juice around the base of the toilet. Beds are uncomfortable, left with severe back pain.
