"The concept is nice but the place still needs a lot of work. Being objective these are /-: * Nice property grounds * Rooms are ok size and clean * Comfy mattress * Simple but ok breakfast - * The place needs a restaurant so badly as there is nothing close to the hotel. * The shower stopped working * There is no front desk so you cannot call anyone for help and you have to open the gate yourself, this can be tricky.
