"Beautiful location. The Trullos are unique. Sleeping under a dome is very relaxing. The bedrooms could do with more shelving. Had to leave clothes in luggages on the floor. In the off season, each individual Trullo pool is unheated. I was still able to swim my laps in 20 degrees water. Quite invigorating! Others might not venture at this temperature. "The hotel was ideally located about a 7 min walk from the centre , great base . Train station is approximately 2.5km away , bus service is available. Breakfast is sufficient, staff very helpful & friendly . Pool was only open 4-9pm & you had to book . Dint use outside areas as was extremely windy when we visited ."

"This is the most amazing location! We reviewed the photo album showing the condition of the property when the family first started their renovations. The finished product is incredible. Debora and her staff took such good care of us. We are a party of eight and they made sure that our accommodations were close together, our table was ready at mealtimes, we had pool loungers, and knew where we were heading in town. Alessandro communicated flawlessly to determine when we would arrive and what we needed. If I could give 10 stars, I would! Grazie Mille! "

"Borgo Canonica is a beautiful and very charming place with great service and attention from the staff. The atmosphere is peaceful, unique, and perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Puglia experience. The rooms and property are very well maintained and truly special. The only thing to keep in mind is that it is a bit far from the main cities and attractions, so having a car is definitely recommended. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed the experience."
