"We thought the host was exceptional. Very friendly and helpful. Wanting to please and help any way she could. We had to arrive late and she waited for us to arrive. Our room was very clean as was the bathroom. She did offer to wash up some clothes for us as we are traveling on the road. I did notice the laundry as one of the amenities however to us that means an available washed and dryer to use. Understanding now here in Italy that means a washing machine and hang to dry. "A very clean, tidy and comfortable 3 star hotel that I surmise is family owned and possibly operated. I stayed out of season in April and it was very quiet. The breakfast is continental: mini croissants and viennoiserie ( chocolate and fruits), chocolate biscuits, fruit juices, cappuccino, espresso, cakes, tarts and tiny packs of Italian toast to enjoy with excellent butter and jams.
