"Driving into the parking lot was like driving down a wagon trail. Huge multiple potholes, pavement was mostly gone and down to sub-surface. Breakfast was good, different variety of items during the days we were there. Room was clean and fairly quiet but lacked some amenities for a kitchenette. Could have used an oven and a drawer for the silverware. Had to take the dishes and silverware out of the dishwasher when we needed to eat. Fairly convenient to Ithaca, Cornell University, and different waterfall locations. "

"The kiteville charged my card prior to me going there. Due to overbooking they did not have my room. They did not notify me . I keep getting voice mail when I called. I drove 5 hours for my daughter’s graduation. We had no room. I ended up paying $500 for a room at the different hotel."
