Hyatt Regency Monterey Hotel & Spa
The room service was the worst. Ordered chicken noodle soup. When it arrived it tasted like it came from the can so I called the front desk and to tell them this and asked why it tasted unseasoned. I was told that it was from a Campbell soup can which absolutely threw me.

Carmel Bay View Inn
Older property. Staff was great. Drafty room. Could see light around the door. Wall heater was noisy and did not put out enough heat for the room. Window in the bathroom was above the toilet and you could see blurred people sitting on the toilet when walking by going to your room.
